The combined company, which will operate under the Wallace Wireless name, will continue to provide enterprise, utilities and government customers with best of breed content management and data capture and access applications. The merger provides a stronger solutions platform that yields a higher return on investment for customers using mobile devices like BlackBerry wireless handhelds and Windows Mobile 5 devices.
The combined company has partnerships with major telecommunications carriers around the world, including Sprint Nextel, Verizon Wireless, Alltel, Cingular, Telus Mobility, Rogers Wireless, Bell Mobility, Orange, and T-Mobile.
